I needed a good read and you picked my week spot after a weekend of getting drilled from strangers at a barbeque as to why in the world we would ever want to do such a thing. I just want to throw my arms in the air and yell, "What's it to you?" Ironically by the end of the evening the same people who were "drilling" me couldn't help but notice how talkative these "unsocialized children" were to the other kids as well as adults. But yet they aren't socialized!Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12111306254588926966noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6411124129075353401.post-84189098718471733922009-07-06T15:33:07.973-07:002009-07-06T15:33:07.973-07:00Glad I finally got to read your infamous blogg! =)...Glad I finally got to read your infamous blogg! =) Homeschoolers rock, and that is why we are on the rise! I think the last Mothering magazine I read said homeschooling was up like 75% from for years ago, and there are like 1.4 million of us in the US now, if memory serves (OK, I am making no garantees my memory is accurate, but it was something like that!). Anyway, the point is, we will soon outnumber "them" anyway! =) Hahaha (evil laughter)Celestenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6411124129075353401.post-30107892074797714392009-07-06T12:23:48.594-07:002009-07-06T12:23:48.594-07:00#6 - major pet peeve - just spent July 4th weekend...#6 - major pet peeve - just spent July 4th weekend with newly retired public school teacher of over 30 years who is card-carrying NEA and hates homeschool.
